These terms are an agreement between you and Impressico Business Solutions (Noida, India), which provides the The Verdica service (“we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use The Verdica for a company, you confirm you may agree on its behalf.
Give correct details, keep your password private, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for the people you invite, including your team and your clients, and for what they do in your account.
The Verdica reads your connected ad accounts with read-only access, checks the numbers, and gives you reports and suggestions. It never changes your ads and never spends your money. Suggestions are information to help you decide: you choose what to act on, and results are never guaranteed. Ad platforms sometimes correct their numbers later; we update ours when they do.
You own your data, your brand material and everything you upload. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms is covered by their own terms. If a platform changes or limits access, some features may change or stop working.
The service is free during early access. Before paid plans start we will tell you well in advance, and nothing is ever charged without your clear agreement.
We keep improving the service, so features may change. We work to keep it running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. The service is provided “as is” during early access.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for the results of your advertising or for indirect losses, such as lost profit. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Noida (Gautam Buddh Nagar), Uttar Pradesh.
